The Receivers and Managers of Hualon Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd (188578-A) (Receivers and Managers Appointed) [¡§Hualon¡¨] invite interested parties to submit their offers to acquire the operating business and assets of Hualon.
The key features of the business and assets are as follows :-
- annual turnover of USD800 million;
- capacity to produce over 500,000MT of polyester and blended yarns, 30,000 MT of nylon, 150,000 MT of PET bottle grade chips and between 400-500 million yards of fabrics annually;
- operating with over 7000 employees;
- owns 289 acres of land used for textile facilities and employee accommodations and includes 58 acres of vacant land at Port Klang
- availability of major raw materials produced in Malaysia;
- export oriented with international customer base;
- fully integrated textile facility strategically located in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan and Melaka in Malaysia with close proximity to Port Klang and KLIA.
An Information Memorandum will be made available, upon execution of a Confidentiality Agreement and compliance with applicable terms and conditions.
