Step 2:
Before loading the first pallet into the lorry, you have to place 2 pieces of layer pad lean against the end of the lorry (Pic1). This is to avoid friction between the bobbins & the surface of the lorry.
In order to load the first pallet, the fork will be fully placed into the length of the pallet & lift it up. Then, the forklift will have to drive slowly to put the pallet into the lorry.
(Pic2) shows that the 1st pallet has been loaded successfully.
The same method will be carried out until the fifth pallet to be loaded (Pic3) |

Step 4:
While loading the 6th pallet, the forklift shouldn¡¯t jack-up the pallet with the tip of the fork. This action will cause damage to the pallet & yarn as well (Pic1).
In order to avoid this, a block should be placed in front of the pallet. Then, the forklift will use its tips to push the block slowly (Pic2) & at the same time the pallet will be moved safely into the edge of the lorry (Pic3). |
