Step 1:
Before loading pallets into the lorry, you need to check the information on the label & make sure it is correct. These include the Specification, Lot Number, Grade, Net Weight, Gross Weight, Number of Cones, Paper/Plastic Tube Colour & Remark Number. |

Step 2:
Before loading the first pallet into the lorry, you have to place 2 pieces of layer pad at the end of the lorry (Pic1). This is to avoid friction between the bobbins & the surface of the lorry.
In order to load the first pallet, the fork will be fully placed into the width of the pallet & lift it up about 1 inch (Pic2). Then, the forklift will have to drive slowly to carry the pallet into the lorry.
Right before it reach to the end of the lorry, stop the forklift & put down the pallet. Then, reverse the forklift for about 1 feet (Pic3) & adjust the pallet to lean against the layer pad. |

Step 3:
(Pic1) shows that the 1st pallet has been successfully loaded into the lorry.
Then you should place a wooden- plate on top of the 3rd & 4th pallet (Pic2).
After that, you will have to tie-up pallet tightly & properly with a belt in order to avoid friction (Pic3).
The same procedures will be carried out until the fifth pallets to be loaded. |

Step 4:
For the 6th pallet, it will be placed horizontally & lean against the left edge of the lorry (Pic 1).
For the 7th pallet, forklift will load it vertically where the fork can be fully placed into the length of the pallet (Pic2).
After the 7th pallet has been loaded into the lorry, it is fit & less vibrate (Pic3).
Please use the same method to load the rest of the pallets (up to 15 pallets for 40 feet lorry). |

Step 5:
Lastly, you must put the layer pad at the last row of the pallet & tie it up tightly & properly with a belt. |
