Step 3:
When the forklift is used to unload the first pallet, make sure the fork is placed halfway horizontally into the width of the pallet and lift up the pallet for about 1 inch (Pic1).
After that, pull out the pallet slowly for about 1 feet and put it down (Pic2), this is to avoid the tip of the fork from accidentally stab onto the pallet that placed behind.
Now, the fork is safe to be fully placed into the width of the pallet (Pic3). Then, the forklift will have to lift up the pallet for about 1 inch and unload it from the container. |

Step 4:
For the unloading of the vertical pallet, the fork can be fully placed into the pallet. This is because the tips of the fork is not exceeding the length of the pallet.
The above shown method (step3 & step4) will be carried out until the last pallet being unloaded. |

Step 5:
After unloading all the pallets from the container, you will have to check & make sure all information of the labels are correct. These include the Specification, Lot Number, Grade, Net Weight, Gross Weight, Number of Cones, Paper/Plastic Tube Colour & Remark Number.
